I am running Office 2007 with the latest BCM updates on a Vista machine.
After I have been in BCM for a while (a few hours at most), the data entry
windows on Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities only open to about half-size
when I open them. That is, if I go into the General, Details or History for
any of these items, the background can be expanded to fit the screen, but the
data entry areas stay very small. I have to scroll around excessively to see
all the data I have entered. The work around is to completely shut down
Outlook (unplug the smartphone if it is connected) and reopen it again.
This happens regularly, at least twice a day, and was happening before the
service pack release. I get the feeling this is more related to multiple
opening and closing of records than time time open. I note that even when
the data windows open to "full size," they hang for a sec at the "half" size
before popping open the rest of the way.
Anyone seen this or know a tip to avoid it? TIA
