I'm getting this message that says BCM for Outlook could not complete your
last action or actions. Please try again. Then the darn thing is just stuck
in this endless loop when you click okay. I already tried to use the disk to
repair... no joy there

Does it happen when you are trying to launch a marketing campaign? If so,
you need to make sure your merge fields are inserted into whatever document
you are creating. I had the same thing happen and about lost my mind.

Could you give some details on your solution?

I can mailmerge from outlook, but NOT from "Launch Campaign" which
indeed is about making me frustrated!

I get the same message when I click on the Home tab in Business Contact
Manager.
The problem is with the Opportunity Funnel Chart, which will not display. I
ran Office diaagnostics, and while it did make one repair, it did not resolve
this issue.

Note that the "BCM for Outlook could not complete your last action or
actions. Please try again." message is BCM's final error message, when
it couldn't find anything more specific to say.

I thought I had it figured out, but now I'm not so sure. If I try and
create a new campaign, and hit Launch, then i get the error message. It's
driving me crazy. I even bought the BCM dummies book and there is not a
solution. HELP.

I recommend you turn on logging (in Help, About), then cause the
problem. Look at the log, and it may give you a clue as to which
Contact, Account or whatever is causing the problem.

Please let us know what you find.
