Greetings,
We are currently in the process of evaluating contact management systems for our sales team. The new version of BCM makes it a very viable solution. The sales team manager recommended ACT. However, ACT 2005 is getting very poor reviews so that we are looking elsewhere.
What do you think of BCM v2? Do you have any insight into ACT vs. BCM, or BCM vs. alternative solutions?
