BCM categories

I am having problems with the master category list in Business Contact
Manager. We are running BCM from my machine and others are tapped in. This is
working well but they cannot see the changed categories.

Also, I would like to be able to print a copy of the category list. Does
anyone know how to do that?

I believe that categories used in both Outlook and BCM are rooted in the
Windows registry. I'm not fully knowledgeable on all the implications of
this but the bottom line is that the master category list on one machine is
not automatically shareable among other machines. You will have to go into
each machine that you share data with and manually create the master category
list to match the machine that has the correct list. Your categories should
then match up and be seen by all of the others that are tapped in.

I don't have an answer to your second question about printing the category
list.
