BCM and Quickbooks Contact Sync

I am trying to use the Quickbooks Contact Sync (2007 Pro) to exchange
names between Quickbooks Customers and Business Contacts of BCM.

I have installed and setup the Quickbooks Contact Sync, and it allows
me to choose the Business Contacts contact folder. But when I click
[Sync Now], no customers are deteced, no issues are detected and no
matches have been found. But it says the Download completed
successfully.

Any ideas?

Since this is Quickbooks's software, have you tried asking them?

It cool that QB has added this feature (and cooler if they get to
work!). Perhaps they'll do deeper integration with BCM, a la MOA.
