BCM and opening Outlook

After updating my Microsoft Office, I tried to open my outlook and received
the message 'BCM has encountered a problem and needs to shut down'. It sends
an error message but I can't resolve this issue. any Suggestions?

Can you try doing a repair of .Net Frame Work 2.0 from add /remove programs

and see whether it works

Can you be a little more specific about "updating my Microsoft Office" -
what did you update to?

Did you install BCM Update V2?

I linked to all current update files relevant on my site. BCM V2 Update
typically resolves most problems.
