BCM Account History Report - Incorrect dates

When I run an account history report, emails have an incorrect 'created
date'. I've tried figuring out some logical reason (e.g. last time I opened
that email to review it) but can't some up with an explanation. Has anybody
else found this problem, and if so is there a solution?
 
The create date should reflect when the item was added to BCM.

I've found that value can be changed directlt in the database without
any ill effects.
