BCM 2003 I can't find the link to download it

Can someone provide the link as MS points to 2007 and I am using Office 2003?
Also, am I right in assuming that BCM 2007 can only be used with Outlook 2007?

Hi:

I recently went through a similar challenge. Outlook 2007 is not downloadable as a standalone product. Had to download Office 2007 Small Business version, then do a custom installation of Outlook (i.e. by deactivating installation of the other programs).

The download actually comes as two seperate .exe files which must be downloaded separately (following instructions on the download page). BCM is offered as an "add-on" to Outlook, not as a separate package. The program itself is located in the second .exe file.
