BCC other contacts to meeting requests w/o inviting as attendees

I want others to be aware of meetings that our team is booking without
actually inviting them to attend the meetings. Is there a way in the Outlook
Calendar to do this only sending the invitation to the needed attendees and
BCC'ing the other contacts??

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
