bcc field

Hi, I have Outlook 2002 (XP). After I installed it, I was able to select the
BCC field to automatically be shown every time I composed a new email. Then
I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled Outlook, but I can't find where I
can select the BCC field to be in every email. Can someone out there tell me
what I need to do or where to find it. I've searched high and low and can't
find an answer on this issue.

Open a new email message, go to view and click Bcc field. Close the message.
Now each time you compose a new message it remains on until you uncheck it.

Thank you SO much!! I didn't know it would stay on for other messages if I
did it in a new message! I appreciate your help!
