Yesterday I downloaded a file to send me BBC News Alerts (in addition to email
alerts). It has done nothing beyond sit in my systray since. Anyone had an alert?

I find that using Firefox's live bookmarks is better - place them on the toolbar & you can just
click the bookmark to get a drop-down list of all the headlines. Also, you can live bookmark
for different services like world regions (Oceania etc).
