| hyperthreading , 512 ram ,windows xp profasional and i
| just reformatted the hard drive. whenever i play
| battlefield1942 after a while of gameplay my computer
| just resets no buttons pressed or anything and its
| completly random. i cant think of anything being wrong.

Your system is most likely restarting as a result of a STOP error.
To stop this behavior go to Control Panel / System / Advanced /
Click the Startup and Recovery Settings button / Uncheck the box
labelled "Automatically restart" under the System Failure section.
