Hello,
There are many programs to do batch rename of images. I'm looking for a
program that would allow batch attribute changes: This is what I'm trying to
achieve:
1. Sort images in the order I need. I need to be able to move thumbnails
like in ACDSee. Irfanview or XNView allow you to sort images, but do not
allow moving actual thumbs.
2. Number images without renaming them. I think this could be done by
changing attributes. Someone recommended me to use Summary attributes - that
would work.
3. I need to be able then to sort these images by this attribute in Windows
Explorer.
I would appreciate very much any advice on this.
Another question here: I always use Windows XP Pro, which has almost 30
criterias to sort images in Windows Explorer. I've never used XP Home. But
my friends who are using XP Home are saying that there there are just a few
criterias for sorting. Is it true? Or perhaps they need to change something
to make these criterias available?
Thank you,
