When I have captured lets say 1 hour of film to my computer in DVquality and
moviemaker has made all those "clips". Is there any way that you can save
all these clips as standalone small clips to the harddrive in a batchmode
all-in-one-click. Or do I have to make one clip at a time, and go on and on
and on....?

Clips are start and end points indexed into the same long avi file you
captured. To make them individual files you need to individually save them
as movie files.

Btw why do you want to do that? If it is for later use then why not save the
collection file itself.
See the www.papajohn.org > "Managing" > Collections and Clips section

If you still want individual movies you can use WinDV
http://windv.mourek.cz/ to capture; whereby you can ask it to save clips as
individual files.

Thanks for the tip on WinDV, but if I do it with that I get clips in DV-AVI.
Just to tell why..
I have several dvtapes with wushucompetitions which I like to put online on
my webpage.
The clips must be small and should only contain one match each.
It would be exellent to just load the collection and fire away with
autobatch to wmv.. to get many small clips
instead of doing one by one.
