We have an AS400 from which I have a vendor payment file. I would like to extract the data and send an email to each vendor with their payment information. Thus, I need to have outlook to read a work file or access file and automatically send a email based on the information on the file. Can outlook do this and if it can, how do I do it?
 
You can either write your own extraction and automation code or see if one
of the tools at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/extract.htm can help with
this.
