browser at a time, or are you bound to use only Microsoft

You are not required to run IE only, an alternate Browser like Netscape can be
used on the same installation under Win ME O/S.

You can use any browser that you want; I, for example, have Internet
Explorer, Opera, and Mozilla (firebird) installed on my machine, and I use
all of them as the situation requires.
