can you have active and useable more that one internet
browser at a time, or are you bound to use only Microsoft
Internet Explorer if you're operating with Windows ME?

You are not required to run IE only, an alternate Browser like Netscape can be
used on the same installation under Win ME O/S.

You can use any browser that you want; I, for example, have Internet
Explorer, Opera, and Mozilla (firebird) installed on my machine, and I use
all of them as the situation requires.
