Base System Device (yellow question in DM)

I have 3 Yellow question marks In Device Manager @ Other devices/Base System
Device.
Properties for all three
General tab, their tyte is Other, Manufacture Unknown, Location
PCI bus 7, Device 5, function 3.
" " 5 " 5.
" 5 " 4.
This line is in the details tab (in the above same order)
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&SUBSYS_30B7103C&REV_0A\4&3A3249AB&0&2B80

PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&SUBSYS_30B7103C&REV_01\4&3A3249AB&0&2A80

PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0852&SUBSYS_30B7103C&REV_05\4&3A3249AB&0&2C80

I just downgraded this laptop (details below) from Vista home prem to XP
Proffesiional.
Everything seems to be working fine so far, took some time to frind some
drivers but things are working as XP always did :) I just want to know if any
one has a clue as to what these are and of any, the importance of them. And
if there is a fix for this.
My Sysem specs are;
HP Pavillion dv6000nr series.
MS Win XP Professional version 2002 SP 3
AMD Turion 64X2 Mobile, Technology TL-56
1.8 Ghz. 1.93 GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150

Check the web page for your system for drivers (HP...)
