any 1 experienced any problems with an amd xp barton cpu?
I got a barton 2800 and a sl-nv400-64 motherboard.
i can run the chip at 133 fsb but not 166 fsb

Have you maybe contacted the maker of the brd, or even updated
the BIOS.

yes i have m8

they told me to turn my ddr voltage up a bit ... iv done
that and i can now use xp at 2800 but if i open more than
1 program it resets itself 8(...
any ideas

Read your manual and see if there's a shorting block that has to be
moved. I had to do that recently on an ASRock Mb as the default
condition only allowed an Athlon 1.2 GHz to run at 900MHz. Once the
block was correctly set, the CPU was liberated and ran at the full
1.2GHz.
