Banner LinkClick not working

New to this DotNetNuke thing; therefore, if this is the wrong venue pleases
point me in the right direction.

My problem: Banner module click through to link does not work. I have tried
every possible permeation of the entering the web link in both vender
locations in both Admin and Host. The banner¹s visibly show and appear to be
working but when you click the link it tries to go to some nonexistent
³local host² page.

I read that this was a problem fixed in version 3.1, but we are already
using 3.2. Did it break again?

I would appreciate any information, or direction you may provide.
