Banner ad manager

Hi
I want to use ‘Banner Ad manager component’ in my site.
But it does not work properly in browser and none of pictures are shown.
May size of pictures or their format affects this problem?

Banner Ad Manager is java, which requires Java to be installed and allowed
to run on each computer visiting your site. Many computers no longer have
java installed, and many users disable it's function.

You can download and install Java from http://java.sun.com

However, because so many people don't use java, it's recommended you stay
away from java based components.
