Banner AD Manager FP 2002, Office 2000, 98SE

I am having trouble figuring out how to use the banner ad Mgr. I am trying to
have several ads rotating in tables at top of page and I don't know how to
make each individual ad have it's own identity when it comes to clicking on
the ads. Also, can't figure out how to reduce the picture size to fit table.
