I have a w2k machine that acts as a proxy server and a firewall for my LAN.
This machine has one NIC for the LAN segment and another for the Internet
segment. Winproxy is used to share the Internet with the LAN. My question is
this...If I installed a third NIC, and had a second DSL line put in, would
the server make use of both connections for increased bandwidth or would I
need additional software to do so?

Basically, the answer is no. You would need frame relay connections and BGP
groups and lofty networking magic to be able to aggregate the bandwidth of 2
connections for use at once...
