Bandwidth monitor by connection

Hi,

I am looking for a liteweight freeware utility for Win32 which behaves
similar to this Linux tool - http://www.ex-parrot.com/~pdw/iftop/.
I've seen a couple of client-server solutions, but they're too
convoluted for my purpose.

The closest I can see is NetPeeker. There's a payware and a less versatile
freeware version.
