We have a department Windows 2000 stand alone server.
Just recently it's been slow in transferring files over the network. The
Local Area Connection icon in the system tray is on almost continuously.
I can see the sessions and open files via the Computer Management console
but that isn't a whole lot of help.
Without using a network sniffer, is there any way I can find out who is
eating up all the bandwidth?
Thank you
Jeff
