Baloon tips

you can not pin any more items to start menu.you must delete or make room for more.( Paraphrased)
How can i disable those anoying baloonn tips. win xp pro

bettter yet, get a copy of tweakui for Xp.....it's still out there and
offers more stuff you can change, or change back if you don't like it.
Free..microsoft.

it's simple
go to start
run/ type regedit and enter
go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER
+software\microsoft\Windows\currentVersion\Explorer\advanced
make or change EnableBalloonTips
DWORD value 0 to disable
1 to enable
