I am using Word 2010 with Win 7. It has worked fine for a year or so and always have balloons disabled with revisions shown inline only. Recently I have had a problem printing documents without balloons.
Eventhough balloons are set to 'Never', when I open a document it seems the default has changed to balloons on. I change it to never, save the document and the balloons do not show in the print preview. However when I print there is a small gray margin on the right side and balloons print but they are cut off.
There is a Mocrosoft support article (Article ID: 983095) on this but all it says is that Microsoft is aware of the problem. Does anyone have a fix for this?
Thanks,
Dean
