BAD_POOL_CALLER

I am getting a stop errror of BAD_POOL_CALLER
first parameter is 7 (Attempt to free a memory pool that was already)
Second parameter is CD4
Third parameter is 10202
fourth parameter is E10E9138.

I build the image without incedent.
I run FBA and no problems occur until reboot when the Stop Error
occurs.
I am using EWF with a ram overlay.
on a Media GX Pc104 board.

Any Ideas?
