When the computer is idle for a long period of time, the
computer will display a blue screen with Bad_Pool_Caller.
Rebooting is necessary at that point. Any ideas on how to
solve this? Thanks

Hi,

It's a driver issue, as the system is probably trying to enter a power-down
state (standby or hibernate) that the driver or drivers don't support.
Updating the drivers my help, but there is no guarantee that it will.
Sometimes, the only solution is to not use standby or hibernate, or to use a
lower power-down state.
