I am frequently encountering a "badurl.ieplugin ...."
message when I launch Explorer. It seems to be an
intermittent problem and only occurs on my PC with the
wireless card (not on the PC that is hardwired to the
router (linksys). When the problem occurs, I can't get
to any site. Sometimes rebooting the cable modem,
router, and PC fixes it for a while. Could pop-up
blocker software be causing this?
Any thoughts out there would be appreciated.

Have you checked what BHOs (browser helper objects) have been installed
to IE? Use BHO Demon to list the BHOs.
