If a host that supports FP server extensions has never heard of a health
check, I personally would not call them very reliable.
You can refer them to this page:

| This is worrying - they said they'd never heard of a health check! It
does
| appear that I have files in different folders that aren't matched up so
that
| could be the problem.
|
| I can't open site name when in open site but they said if it opens in IE
| then its ok.
|
| I'm hosted by 123-reg. Are they a reliable host? Has anyone had these
| problems before with them?
|
| I will change my files and see what happens next!
