I am running win 2k server sp4. When I try to stop..start..do anything in
services plug-in the mmc hangs.. I have tried to run sp4 again but it also
hangs when it gets to the point of checking existing configuration.. I am
also not able to open ncpa.cpl to view or change network settings??? Could a
bad .cpl be causing all of this?? Any suggestions would be helpfull... Thanks
