So after 2 weeks of using Kazaa to share my own personally created files I
decide to delete it.
Being lazy I decide to click on remove in Microsoft AntiSpyware beta 1
instead of going to control panel to remove it.
Needless to say during the AntiSpyware removal process I happened to notice
on the screen that it was deleting everything in the "My Shared Folder".
After saying a few *&@#$(* I tried to stop it ... and found that the only
way to stop it was to kill the process in the windows task manager.
With such a well documented program as Kazaa there is no need for Microsoft
Programers to delete everything. This needs to be fixed.
Sure Kazaa type programs could be used for illegal file sharing but what
about those people who find it a great way to share legal files.
Don't get me wrong it should come up as a spyware item in the scan but the
remove option should not be so devistating.
Sigh
