bad email address

If I send a distribution list of 20 email addresses and one of them is bad,
the whole email is cancelled. Then I have to try each email address until I
find the bad one. Can anyone help?

Sure. That's one of many reasons no seasoned Outlook user uses DL's.
Better ways of grouping recipients include separate Contact subfolders and
Categories:
