BackWeb

Hi,
This morning when i started up my computer i had a error box come up saying
"BackWeb is unable to access it's data directory, either the dat directory
is invalid, unreachable or there is another instance of Backweb accessing it."
How do i fix this ??????? And what does it mean ?
