I have a NT domain that I'm upgrading to Windows 2003. The NT domain has
Win2000 servers and advanced servers in it. Will the Win2000 Servers and
Advanced Servers be compatible with the new Windows 2003 domain?

Yes, but it won't be "Windows Server 2003" forest and domain functional level.
