I am using ppt 2007 and some of my clients are working in previous versions
of ppt. When they open the files I send them the slide masters are blank.
However, I've tried the file I'm sending to them on 3 different computers
with 3 different versions of ppt (one is the same as what they are using),
and on my end the file is fine on the 3 different computers. I've tried
everything I can think of and read everything I can find, but I'm still not
having any luck.

Please HELP!

Are you designing templates for them? Or content? If templates, you should
use a computer with 2003 to design them from scratch and not try downsaving
to POT from 2007. So much has changed in the newer version that templates
are not fully compatible.

Best regards,
Ute

what is missing? If they don't see placeholdes for text, I would have a look
at the font. Did you use a font your client has installed, too?

We are having these same issues, and we no longer have access to a computer
with 2003 installed.

Can 2007 and 2003 be installed on the same computer?

Also, we are exchanging files with someone who only has 2003 on a PC and we
are having issues where fonts look different and words shift when we open his
files on a Mac with versions 2004 and 2008.

Thanks,
Marcy
