How do I backup OUTLOOK?
How do I find where OUTLOOK is located in my computer
files?

Search for pst-files and copy them to your back-up location. Make sure you
include hidden and system files/folders when searching for the items.
You can also use the add-in provided by Microsoft

Do you know how we can export email accounts, when I
backed up OL2003, reformatted and used th ebackup .pst
the email settings were gone?

You can use the Save Your Settings Wizard for this in the Start Menu under
Microsoft Office
