I cannot figure out to backup my system so that I can reboot it without losing all of my info. It is Windows XP Home Edition. Does anyone know how to do this?
When restarting your machine all you have to do is save any opened documents
and close all programs. Then when it restarts you will have to open what you
want, but nothing will be lost.

Your WindowsXP CD is a bootable disk for your CD-Rom drive, probably "D" drive. All you'll need to do is set the BIOS to boot to "D" drive instead of "C" - that's it
