find the file and use 'send to' under the right-click
option. send to is faster then copy. make sure the file
can fit on the diskette. if not use cdw drive. best to
have only one file per diskette. diskettes are cheap
these days.

Hi

For your Favourites - open Internet Explorer, then go to File>Import and Export - then follow the onscreen prompts. When you come to the 'Export Favourites Destination' screen click on Browse and select your floppy drive.

For your Address Book - open Windows Explorer and navigate to the Documents and Settings\<your account>\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book folder. In there will be a .WAB file - that can be copied to the floppy drive.
