backup

i have downloaed the personal folders backup but do not
have a "backup" option when i go into outlook. any
suggestions????

I just downloaded the PST backup option from the MS website.
I installed it and now I have an entry under File
on the menu bar. It's in the import, export, archive section
of the menu. If you don't have that try closing all of your
programs and reinstalling.
