Backup Wizard

Hello everybody

I am have problems with Backup Tool. When i run this
program and select option Backup Wizard, this do not run.
It is only open a window like a explorer without options
to schedule job.
If i try go back the program is closed. I search in
Microsoft KB, Technet about this and nothing.

Any idea about this??

I like know how to reinstall the NTbackup or if have any
solutions to this specific problem.

No solution but 2 ideas.
Stop the A-V realtime scanning engine (thin)
Re-install the current service pack.

ntbackup.exe can of course be used manually (no wizard).

To clarify about the virus scanning engine...
Disable the part of you AVP (AntiVirus Program) that checks your mail and
other real time.
You can do this on a temporary basis to check your problem.
Reset the preferences to real time, if that has no bearing, or after
correcting the problem.
