Backup utility for system state - can I get it?

Hi,

The backup utility (for registry backups - not the same as system restore)
isn't installed with Windows XP home addition. I would have to install it
from an XP CD, except I have a restore disk from the computer mfr. that
probably doesn't provide it. Does anyone know of a way I get download
and install this utility?
