Backup software / routines

What do people recommend for backup routines / software to backup data files, preferably ad automatically as possible?

I'm a big fan of OneDrive (https://onedrive.live.com/) and Acronis (https://www.acronis.com/en-gb/).

Both of them can be automated and OneDrive integrates seamlessly with Windows 7/10/11. There is a storage limit for the free tier (5 or 15GB I think) and it'll store your data in the cloud.

Acronis is for backing up to an external disk or network drive and is very reliable.
