Backup Services

Can anyone tell me what services are required for Windows Backup Utility?
Some new services are interferring with the backup program so that it will
not run. It starts and then fails every time I start it. Stopping almost all
the services is the only way I could even get it to appear at all.

You might be able to figure out which application at least by using
MSConfig. Start Run MSConfig.

Forget that last reply. My backup works when configured like that but now my
links in Outlook Express does not work. I can get one or the other to work
but not both. It has something to do with the services settings under
Administrative Tools. I was told that there are different settings for SP2. I
tried those settings too and they don't work either. Does you back and likes
in Outlook Express open in IE? If so, and you have SP2, could you send me the
settings for your computer?
