Backup/Restore Outlook mail accounts

We have several Outlook installations in which the users don´t remember their
mail account passwords, because it was set for them using the “Remember
Password†option, and it hasn´t been easy to get or change the password from
our service provider when we´ve been forced to reinstall and reconfigure
Outlook and mail accounts for Outlook. Is there a way in which I can
Backup/Restore my Outlook mail accounts, including the passwords. I can do
just that in Outlook Express, using the Export/Import account functions. I
have tried the Profile Wizard in the Office Resource Kit Toolbox, with no
satisfactory result. If anybody can help me on this issue, I´d be very
grateful.

Hi Luis-

Welcome to tbe club. I posted a very similar question under subject: Outlook
2003: import/export .iaf. files.

I checked everywhere in this bloody Outlook 2003 and in MS websites and
couldn't find any solution.

I can't believe the people behind Outlook can be so remote from the reality,
or should I say brainless.
 
Thank you Bill, indeed there are some things about to much microsoft products
that I just can´t understand.

Well, if anyone else has by any chance any sollution to this, I´d really
appretiate it very much.
