backup quicken file to CE

I have a new PC with Windows xp, and a quicken 2004 program. I cannot backup my files to a CD. I can backup to a floppy, but I have large files. Any help
 
If yr using the default MS backup I don't believe it can backup to a cdr.
You have to backup to hd, then burn to cd.
Personally I use a third party backup tool, backs up to cdr and remote
location. Plus I don't have the hassle of MS constantly changing backup file
structure
