backup question

Hi,
Scenario
1. Perform a full system backup with system state on
server with 2 partition using the native backup.
2. Created a third partition on the server after that.

Question is can i do a full system restoration after this?
Will there be any conflicts?

From what you have said, YES using Directory Services Restore Mode and NO to
conflicts.
