L Luther Oct 10, 2005 #3 Backup the entire BCM database regularly. There's a menu item to do this. How often depends on how dynamic your data is. And while you are at it, backup up the Outlook PST file at the same time by simply making a copy of it. When you have to restore the data, it's better to have the BCM and PST backups from the same date and time.
