I use Acronis True Image as my backup programme and backup to my second PC
and also burn CDs.
To day I tried to restore my data which I have never tried before and in
doing so I have unfortunately deleted the partition F where my backup are
stored.
how do I restore my partition F with its data?
I do have Partition Commander.
I tried to restore XP to an earlier point but I got the message " Changes
made to Drive F after this point cannot be reversed because the drive was
either excluded from system restore monitoring or was turned off or
removed."
Any help would be appreciated

Ouch! Working from The Partition Commander boot CD try running it's Undelete
Partitions Wizard. There is no guarantee this work though.

Thanks I will try
