Backup Partition

I am trying to use tech-n-a-box to back up my pc using windows XP home
addition but when I do an error comes up and states that the backup partition
not found. I do I get the backup partition back so I can backup my computer.

use disk management and see if there is in-fact an unused partition or
sufficient free space.

if your drive is setup as all one partition, then you'd need 3rd party
software to reduce your main partition
and create an additional partition
 
philo, thank you for the response but can you also tell me where i find disk
management to look and see my hard drive.
 
philo, also can you recommend a third party software to create the partition
if needed. tks again
